SPL have provided fuel pipe work for Honeywell for a number of years.
The scope of work includes the supply of materials, manufacture, pressure test & NDT.
Weld Procedures to BSEN 15614 and Welder Approvals to BS EN 9606.
The materials manufacture of origin must be European. 316L Seamless SCH40 4” NB to 1” NB.
NDT – 10% Radiography, 100% Dye Penetrant, 100% Visual Inspection, Quality documentation package.
SPL was asked to provide Syngas Pipe Spools for a Waste to Energy facility in the West Midlands.
The scope of work was to supply materials, manufacture, pressure test & NDT the pipe spools.

Material API 5L Gr B Seamless SCH80 18” NB to 2” NB
NDT – 10% Radiography, 100% Magnetic Particle, 100% Visual Inspection, Third party inspection and Quality documentation package.
SPL supplied materials, manufactured, pressure tested and installed the two sludge heat exchangers.
A hydrostatic pressure test was carried out on both the internal and outer jacketed pipe work systems.
The pressure test was witnessed by the customer.

SPL manufactured the above ground natural gas pipe work for the 2012 Olympic Games torch.
The main supply was 18” NB and a 4” NB supply that kept the torch lite during the games.
